Apologies for absence were received from Cllr K Macro due to a work commitment and from Cllr E Rogers due to a family commitment. Members accepted these apologies.

- 25/0008/PA – Lower Coxhill Farm, B4314 Coxlake Bridge to Coxhill Village – Construction of an earth bank nutrient store – No Objection.
- 25/0009/PA – Stoneyford, Narberth – Replacement garage – No Objection.
- 25/0019/PA – Grace Court House, Market Square, Narberth B4314 – Internal alterations and passenger lift installation to allow access to all floors – While Narberth Town Council has no objection in principle, it was concerned that the Applicant wishes to erect signage on the Court House that may not be in keeping with its Listed Building status.
