We’ve embarked on creating a new website, which we aim to have much more information of what the Council does, how it does it and how you can get involved.

This is part of a wider brand project we are undertaking to strengthen the Council’s communications, and transparency. Behind the scenes, we are providing members with greater access to digitised document storage, improving the ability to research elements under their control in the Town by digitising many documetns held in storage.

All in all we hope this endeavour will give the Council a much greater presense in the town, firstly through this website but secondly through other projects we are working on, such as an increase to notice boards in and around the urband and rural wards.

More information on this will be announced here, via this news section. If you have any feedback please contact the clerk.
