Draft minutes are considered and approved at a later meeting.

Open meetings
Council and committee meetings are usually open to the public. Occasionally, part of a meeting may be held in private where the law allows, for example for staffing, legal or contractual matters. Agendas are published in advance and will show where any item is to be considered in private.
