Town Councillor Election – Urban Ward

Pembrokeshire County Council has issued the formal Notice of Election for the election of one Town Councillor for the Urban Ward of Narberth Town Council.

Standing as a candidate

Anyone wishing to stand for election must submit official nomination papers to the Returning Officer.

Nomination papers may be:

• delivered in person (by appointment), or

• submitted electronically by scanning and emailing them.

Deadline for nominations:
4:00pm on Wednesday 28th January 2026

Polling day (if contested)

If more than one candidate is nominated, the election will be contested and polling will take place on:
Tuesday 24th February 2026

Voter registration deadlines

• Register to vote: by midnight on Friday 6th February 2026

• Apply for / change postal vote: by 5:00pm Monday 9th February 2026

• Apply for proxy vote: by 5:00pm Monday 16th February 2026
